Delivery information

• 80 Taka inside Dhaka
• 150-200 taka outside of Dhaka
  (Depends on the size and weight of the product, in the case of large parcels may increase according to the rules of the delivery company)
• cash on delivery inside Dhaka
• To confirm the order outside Dhaka, the delivery charge of Tk 150 has to be developed in advance, which will be adjusted with your total purchase price. You can pay the remaining price in Cash on Delivery.

• We do not have any booking/return/refund/exchange system.
•  Please take a good look at the products during the delivery, while the delivery man is present. After our delivery parcel leaves your delivery address, no more complaints will be accepted.
• Full service price to be paid for special service for any product.
•  We will exchange the ordered product if it is already damaged or defective, otherwise, the exchange is not possible.
•  The product will be delivered within 2-3 working days of order confirmation (within Dhaka).
•  You will receive the product within 4-6 working days outside Dhaka.
